We are delighted to announce that The Garcia Ubud Hotel has re-opened its door. As part of our commitment to protect our guests and ensure their well-being during their stay, we have been enhancing our safety and hygiene procedure which refers to the Cleanliness, Health, and Safety (CHS) Program from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.
Digitalisation
To reduce touchpoints and promote contactless services, we have upgraded our system to a more convenient way. We now have The Garcia Ubud concierge application which can be downloaded to the guests smart phone and explore our facilities wherever they are, including booking and pre-check in.
Sanitizing Kit
Upon arrival, we provide Sanitizing Kit for all guests consist of anti-bacterial hand sanitizer and two (2) disposable masks for guests to wear during their stay.
Frequent Cleaning and Disinfecting
Guest can stay in our hotel with peace of mind, because we do extra measure in hygiene and sanitation in all public areas, including rooms, villas, gym, spa & wellness and kids centre.
Restaurants
We have reduced our table capacity to implement physical distancing. In the kitchen area, we also apply the highest standard of cleanliness while maintaining the savoury of our menu.
Spa & Wellness Center
To ensure our guests rejuvenation journey go well, all our therapists are required to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing at all time. They also medically tested to make sure they are in perfect health condition. All rooms and equipment are frequently cleaned and sanitized before and after treatment including our whirlpool, sauna, onsen bath, and steam shower.
We also pleased to share that we continue to offer extra flexibility on all new reservation so guests can book with confidence.
